Voting locations restricted by Precints

I serve as bilingual clerk on election day and it is often the case that folks show up to vote at a place during election day which does not correspond to their precinct location. Consequently we need to direct them to the proper precinct location. Unfortunately, at the eleventh hour you know some of these folks will not make it on time to vote before 7 pm. Sometimes we are talking about elderly or handicapped individuals. This basically results in voter suppression and discouraging citizens to vote at all. The State of Texas needs to allow voting at any location regarding of precinct.
