Ticketed for putting non-partisan electoral information on cars
I recruited several homeless people to put voting education material on cars parked outside a local grocery store. We had pre-approval from the grocery store. Nevertheless, police gave one of my helpers a ticket for pandering. The gentleman had to go to court. And, the incident stayed on his record for six months.
