Absentee Ballot Mailed To The Wrong Address

Norman Broderick is a retired member of the US Army and now works on a base in South Carolina. Norman voted absentee many times when he was deployed overseas. In 2018, Norman did not receive his absentee ballot in the mail. After speaking with the Cobb County elections board, he was told that his ballot was mailed to the incorrect address and that he would not be able to vote in this election.
